The super high-end Twelve Twelve building which is now under construction in the Gulch is considering making a move from apartments to condominiums according to the Nashville Post.  Last week the building’s co-developer Ray Hensler began taking non-binding reservations on many of the larger units.

“We are starting with penthouses (five of seven have been reserved) and corner units” he said.  About 57 percent of the 288 Twelve Twelve units are two-bedroom or more.

The 23 story Twelve Twelve building is located at the northeast corner of the 12th Avenue South and Laurel Street intersection.
