I get *LOTS* of inquiries about MDHA condos through my website. For whatever reason Google really likes my site when it comes to MDHA inquiries. There hasn’t been much available on the Affordable Condo front for quite some time because most buildings are now sold out, but 5th & Main in East Nashville still has 17 units on the market priced between 115k and 123k.
