A 14 home cluster development long discussed in Donelson is finally taking shape. Lakeland Pointe will be located near the corner of Lakeland Drive and Donelson Pike behind a future Old Hickory Credit Union.
Frank Batson Homes has worked with Atlanta architecture firm Frank Betz & Associates to develop five custom floorplans. Each plan will offer 2000-2600+ square feet with three or four bedrooms and a 2-car garage. All of the community’s landscaping, mowing and open space will be maintained by the HOA. Initial pricing in Lakeland Pointe will range from the $330,000’s to $360,000’s.
Construction shall begin on select lots this summer. Lot reservations are available now.

The home lots seem very close. Can you tell me about them?
Sure Debbie. Thanks for asking! The homes are quite close together as these homes are set up in a cottage concept. Think of them more as large detached townhomes, where the homeowner’s association maintains the lawn, as opposed to a neighborhood with large lots. They’d be perfect for a busy professional or perhaps a downsizing empty nester with travel plans. Is that something that might appeal to you?
