Donelson
Donelson – Stephanie grew up here, and we recently renovated a wonderful home in the historic Bluefields neighborhood. We’re in love with Donelson, and think you will be too. The area is filled predominantly with 1950s-era brick ranch homes, but you will also find newer construction and townhomes appearing here. Donelson has easy access to the Nashville airport, and to downtown via I-40, Briley Parkway, or Lebanon Pike. Many new businesses have opened in the last few years, and “hip” Donelson is beginning to earn its sobriquet with coffee shops, vegan bakeries, microbreweries, and more now calling our neighborhood home. Listing inventory tends to be a bit lesser here relative to other Nashville neighborhoods because so many long-term residents plant roots here and don’t leave. When homes do pop up, they often go quickly as the relative affordability of 37214 is quite attractive to most home buyers.
