The march of progress and revitalization has been working its way down the neighborhoods off Charlotte Pike for several years now. The Nations have now been re-branded as Historic West Town and Croleywood is just a tad farther down next to Charlotte Park.
The little post-WWII homes in Crowleywood are reminiscent of the homes you’d see in Woodbine. Most are small which makes the area ideal for first time home buyers. Sooner or later the developers were bound to come a-knockin’. I saw this intriguing home listing pop up today.

This is the first one, but there appears to be at least one more coming in a few months. They have the appearance of little carriage houses, but they’re actually detached townhomes arranged in a horizontal property regime. Neat-O!
