Woodbine

Woodbine – Straddling 37210 and 37211 are the quaint Flatrock communities of Woodbine and Glencliff. This is where I purchased my first home, though prices have escalated considerably since those days. Featuring mainly post-WWII cottages from the 1940s and ’50s, these small homes are architecturally charming and incredibly close to town. Woodbine also offers some of Nashville’s more affordable Victorian and craftsman era homes. The location offers direct proximity to I-24 and I-440, plus easy access to I-65 and I-40. Many older homes have been renovated here in recent years, so expect to find a mix of contemporary finishes and historical interiors.
