There are some notable trends in the Nashville real estate market happening this year.
In Davison County this past month, the typical home sold for a little more than $268,000. That’s more than 11% more than the same period last year. At the same time, we’ve sold 4% more homes, and the inventory is way down — more than 10%.
In short, homes are selling at a higher price, in a faster amount of time. It’s a great time to be selling a home!

Now, nationally we’re starting to see some trends where it’ll slow down a bit. In Chicago, for instance, home sales are becoming a little sluggish. It remains to be seen if that’s going to happen in our area, but it doesn’t feel like it.
In my business, it feels like the fastest market in years. It’s still a great time if you’re looking to either buy or sell. Even more so if you’re looking to sell.
