7th Annual LIVE IT UP! Downtown Home Tour
Sun, Apr 18. Private residences, model units, and sales centers around downtown. 
$10. Noon – 6 pm. Gather home decor ideas, see amazing views, and get an idea of what it’s like to live in downtown Nashville.
Purchase tickets the day of the tour at the Cohen Building (421 Church Street): cash, checks, credit cards, will call, and Groupon redemptions. See additional ticket locations on this map. Cash or check only at these locations.
An assortment of private residences, model units, sales centers, rental and purchase units, plus rooftop decks will be on display during the self-guided tour. The home tour website features general tour information, free parking info, and more. When you purchase your ticket, you will receive a tour map to help you plan your route.
Attend the Home Tour for FREE – Volunteer!
Duties include checking tickets and guiding attendees to the units on display. It is easy and fun! Volunteer with a friend (or two). Volunteers receive a FREE tour ticket ($10 value), free tour t-shirt, and a $10 discount to the City Lights Tour.
Volunteer shift options are:
A: 11:30 am – 2:00 pm
B: 1:30 pm – 4:00 pm
C: 3:45 pm – 6:15 pm
