Coming Soon! The Square at Fourth and Madison in historic Germantown
Just Announced – Tennessee Titan Michael Roos and his wife Kat have recently announced plans to develop the corner of Fourth and Madison in Nashville’s historic Germantown neighborhood into “The Square” at 4th and Madison- a green, mixed use condominium development. The Roos’ have lived in Germantown for years and are the owners of the popular DrinkHaus coffee bar.
Stay tuned for complete information including floorplans and price points. It has been reported that the condos and commercial spaces could be delivered as quickly as 18-24 months.
I think that someone has lost their minds…it’s building into the eye of a hurricane.
Perhaps if they offer extraordinary pricing??? Under $175 per foot might get some lookers…
