The urban Nashville condo development located at 5th & Main in East Nashville has come out of receivership. The new owner is placing 25 units on the auction block starting at the astounding price $95,000.
The developers tell me that FHA financing approval is in the works which means that owner-occupants should be able to purchase with as little at 3.5% down plus closing costs. The lender will be offering initial portfolio loans to investors which will require a 20% down-payment.
