As a Donelson resident, I like to keep an eye on what’s happening in HipD. I’m excited to report on 300 Stewarts Ferry – a 23 unit development coming soon from Forbes | Plunkett Development.
I understand that the 13 townhomes will feature 2 beds, 2.5 baths + flex space – starting in the low 200s.
The 10 detached homes will be slightly larger with an attached garage. Delivery is expected in early-mid 2019. More info here.
