As an avid fan of older homes, I enjoy selling homes in historic neighborhoods. 12 South is a shining example, but Nashville offers a wide array of pocket neighborhoods featuring Victorian and and early 20th century architecture. Others your might enjoy: nearby Woodlands-in-Waverly, Belomont/Hillsboro, Historic Richland/Cherokee, Sylvan Park, as well as practically any neighborhood in lower East Nashville.
