US Housing Stock by Age [infographic]
Chapters

I love this infographic from AHS and Realtor.org depicting the age of US housing stock. I can’t say for sure, but this feels pretty representative of Nashville housing stock as well. I actually think we’d have more in the 1940-1959 band (Donelson, Bellevue, West Meade, Crieve Hall, Charlotte Park, etc.) and less construction in the 1960-1979 band (Antioch, Priest Lake, Hermitage). What do you think? Housing Stock Infographic
