How We Can List for 2%?

Most listing agents work for someone else. When they close a deal, a cut of their commission goes to their broker — the firm whose name is on the sign. That's just how the traditional model works, and it's baked into the fees sellers pay.

We own our brokerage. There's no franchise fee, no desk fee, no split going to a corporate office. When we close your sale, the commission stays with us — which means we don't need to charge 3% to make the numbers work.

What you get is the same as any full-service listing: professional photography, MLS exposure, pricing strategy, negotiation, and two experienced agents managing your transaction from contract to close. What you keep is more of your equity.

On a $500,000 sale, that 1% difference is $5,000 back in your pocket. On a $700,000 sale, it's $7,000. It adds up — and you shouldn't have to give it away just to cover someone else's overhead.
