📍Donelson – Stephanie grew up here, and we recently renovated a wonderful home in the historic Bluefields neighborhood. We’re in love with Donelson and think you will be too. The area is predominantly filled with 1950s-era brick ranch homes, but newer construction and townhomes are also available. Donelson has easy access to the Nashville airport and downtown via I-40, Briley Parkway, or Lebanon Pike. Many new businesses have opened in the last few years, and “hip” Donelson is beginning to earn its sobriquet with coffee shops, vegan bakeries, microbreweries, and more now calling our neighborhood home. Listing inventory tends to be a bit lower here, relative to other Nashville neighborhoods, because many long-term residents plant roots here and don’t leave. When homes do become available, they often sell quickly, as the relative affordability of 37214 is attractive to most homebuyers.
🥗Our favorite Donelson eats include just about anything on the menu at both TennFold and Nectar Urban Cantina, the PB&J with bacon at Homegrown Taproom, and the chicken tiki masala at Sindoore.
