What Will Happen With The Market?
Of course, we don’t have a crystal ball, but all indicators point to a full recovery for the real estate sector in Middle Tennessee once the virus has settled. In order for values to fall, we would need to see a fundamental change in supply and demand locally. Historically low interest rates, exploding job growth, and displaced tornado victims should create the right cocktail to see Nashville’s market not just recover, but thrive and expand.
In the meantime, let’s be still, reflective, hopeful, and on the lookout for silver linings.
