Today I’d like to announce a new section on the NestingInNashville.com blog. I’m going to create a real estate Industry Insider section that will mainly be geared towards the technology of real estate. I’m not going to feature these articles in in the main page category, so you may have to hunt for them.
You may know that I just affiliated with Keller Williams. I’ve signed on as the local eEdge Ambassasor. eEdge is proprietary software program available to KW agents. In the future, I’ll talk more about this, but for my first post, I wanted to share this great infographic from InmanNext. I don’t know about you, but I sure outspend a lot of other agents in many of these categories. Being an agent can sure get expensive. When I first entered the business, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. Licensing fees, continuing education, websites, E&O insurance, signs, lockboxes, computers, printers, iPads, paid apps, IDX, pay-per-click, CRMs, coaching… the list goes on.
