Sleepy Donelson, TN (my hometown by the way) has fast become a booming Nashville suburb – particularly for first time buyers. The hot market in 37214 has been experiencing a severe lack of available listing inventory for a few years now and the Tennessean appears to have caught on. A recent article recounts the tale of buyers who made bids on six different houses before landing their dream home.
Of course, none of this is news to me. As a Donelson native and current resident, I’m fully aware of the hot market and the benefits of living in the area.
