The ratings are in from this year’s US News
Of the Tennessee schools in the U.S. News Best High Schools 2012 rankings, 4 were awarded gold medals, 12 earned silver medals, and 67 received bronze medals. The two top-ranked schools in Tennessee are located in Nashville, in the Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools district.
Middle Tennessee took the top four spots and achieved top rankings for the following high schools:

- Martin Luther King, Jr. Academic Magnet High School 613 17TH AVE NORTH, NASHVILLE, TN 37203

- Brentwood High School 5304 MURRAY LN, BRENTWOOD, TN 37027
