I’m loving this cool infographic from Zillow. Today interest rates are hovering in the mid-4% range. Last year they were in the mid-3%-ish range. We are expected to crest 5% by the end of 2014 and perhaps even 6% in 2015. The long-term historic average is in the mid-6% range.
